  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • Subscription fees are processed securely through Stripe
  • Cancellation of your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Tamper with the System: Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Reproduce the System: Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the service, its design, or functionality
  • Data Scraping/Parsing: Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to extract, parse, scrape, or collect data from the service
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or computer systems
  • Interfere with Service: Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the service's operation or security
  • Violate Laws: Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Spam or Abuse: Send unsolicited messages, spam, or engage in any abusive behavior

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of My Gambling Assistant, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of My Gambling Assistant and its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The game simulators are for entertainment and training purposes only. They do not guarantee actual casino results and should not be used as a substitute for professional gambling advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Gambling Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Gambling Assistant, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination
